We are located at the Riverside Professional Center, Suite 110, at 2921 5th Avenue NE, Suite 110, Puyallup, one block from East Main Avenue and visible as you drive between Puyallup and Sumner, near the E. Main/Traffic Avenue exit from Highway 410. It is across 5th Avenue from Café Toscano.
We offer Friday office hours for your convenience with Dr. Elizabeth Hall. Dr. Hall is a Sumner native and looks forward to meeting and working with you.
We have converted to digital radiography. That means that your radiation exposure is reduced to a fraction of what was used with normal film. The images can be viewed immediately, and no processing chemicals are required.
Please register in our office for Dental Sesame, a program with which you are able to check your appointments, receive reminders by email, and even make payments online! You may register your email address from any computer to receive a password which enables you to view your patient or family account as well as your insurance benefits. We offer hot towels to refresh you at each appointment, as well as continuing to provide chair massagers, pillows and blankets for your comfort. The operatories are more private, with full-height cabinetry between the chairs, individual sinks and mirrors, and views of outside gardens from each one. Computer monitors are mounted in the ceiling. Via headphones, we are now offering Comcast cable television, digital music service and dental education during your appointments.
