Making each and every patient feel special, from a child at his or her first dental visit to a senior citizen’s appointment after many years of dental needs, is an important goal in our office. Please let us know how we can make your visit special. Some of our proudest moments are when a person who has had severe anxiety about dental visits in the past can actually look forward to returning to our office for care. We know that seeing a smile, being called by your name, being seen on time for your appointment, and having a comfortable experience are more important than any award or degree we could have.
At your first visit, we will ask you about your concerns and your goals of dental care. Your next visit will be a no-charge consultation at which we will discuss the information gathered at the first visit and give options for treatment designed for you to reach your dental goals. Cost and timing of treatment will be discussed in order to make your plan fit within your schedule and budget. Because we care about your smile we offer Carecredit which is a convenient, low monthly payment program for your entire family designed to specifically pay for healthcare and elective treatment.

At each treatment visit, you will be offered headphones with a wide variety of music selection, television, a massage pad, a pillow, a blanket if you get cold, and a hot towel to freshen up before you leave. If you select treatment that is best provided by a professional outside of our office, we will refer you to a specialist who you can trust like us. We coordinate appointments and treatment sequencing as the “quarterback” of the dental team. We communicate by telephone, e-mail, fax, and letter to be sure the best possible care is provided.
Our office is in full compliance with all guidelines regarding infection control (WISHA), privacy (HIPAA), and access for the disabled (ADA). You will appreciate how clean and organized we are when you come to our office! Being located in the beautiful Puyallup Valley, with Mount Rainier in sight and near the Puyallup River, helps us be environmentally aware and do our part to reduce hazardous waste. We were the first dental office in Pierce County to join the EnviroStars program ( http://www.envirostars.org/). We are an Enviro-Star 5-Star business!
